Accelerate is a personal development training program for veterinarians and veterinary nurses. It has been designed to accelerate your professional growth through continuing education.
We have created free, online training programs to suit veterinarians, veterinary technicians, veterinary nurses, practice managers and other staff members. Once successfully completed, these training courses qualify for two structured AVA Vet Ed points.

Fluid therapy in small animal medicine

Discussion on the principles of fluid therapy and fluid replacement in small animal medicine. Discussion include the types of fluids used, the flow rates required in various medical and emergency situations and the equipment used to manage fluid replacement.

Discussion on hyperthyroidism in cats, the diagnosis and recognition of the disease, and treatment options available to manage the disease.
